Release 0.7 of the Side Content plugin

Release 0.7 of the WordPress Side Content plugin from Figure W is all about shortcodes. Plugins often provide shortcodes as a safe and simple means for you to insert dynamic content into your posts.

With release 0.7, the Side Content plugin will optionally interpret shortcodes from any plugin that uses the new WordPress shortcode API.

Additionally, an add-on plugin that comes with this release provides the same support for the popular NextGEN gallery plugin, which means you can now more easily create individualised image galleries for the sidebars of your posts and pages.
